Cancellation & Refund Policy At Dedicated Sitters, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and caregivers, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all scheduled senior care services: Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any prepaid amount will be fully refunded. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (including same-day cancellations): The full session fee will be charged and is non-refundable, as our caregivers have reserved their time exclusively for your care and may be unable to fill the slot on short notice. Refund Process: Eligible refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (timeframe may vary by bank or provider). You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated. If the refund doesn't appear within 10 business days, contact us at [your email/phone] with your booking details.
